With a global team, it isn’t easy to ensure that everyone is fully engaged with their colleagues or with the global strategy. Our client reached out to us to help drive innovation within their team, in a context where it wasn’t possible to bring everyone together in one place.
Our solution was Wildfire, an on-line mass-participation event encouraging their employees to develop new approaches to shared challenges. Working in small teams, they would design and develop “bright ideas” that would be pitched at leadership.
Not only did we facilitate the logistics of co-ordinating the dozens of teams taking part, we also trained the presenters to make their best case and supported the whole program with an on-line campaign that provided inspiration, motivation and team spirit.
The output of Wildfire delivered a 15% reduction in costs, a 20% increase in customer satisfaction and a 25% increase in employee engagement.
